Glasgow : great concert- poor venue

Congratulations to Don McLean and his friends for giving a great and memorable concert despite the semi-incoherent keening that occasionally wafted stagewards from the area of the bar. Can’t the bouncers eject drunks who threaten to spoil other people’s enjoyment? Isn’t that what they are there for? If the Carling Academy can’t get its act together, maybe Don should pick another venue. Can’t wait for him to come back next year, though.
