  1. Hi there,
I keep missing Don McLean by half a planet(moved to the UK just in time to miss him last time he was in Australia, and about to move back now he’s coming to the UK!) – any plans for another trip to the antipodes in the future?

  2. For anyone thinking of going to Dublin (highly recommended from previous experience) it looks as though the show on Saturday Oct 20th has all but sold out.

However the show on the Sunday only opened for bookings last Friday so great seats are available for that show. Also, you will find that Sunday night accommodation in Dublin is much cheaper than Saturday night!

  3. Any news of support act ? We last saw Don at Northampton Derngate in the eighties. He performed the fantastic song Sea Man from the 1981 Believers album; it’s never played on the radio. Hope he sings it again this time, together with all the well-known favourites.

  4. When will Don be coming back to Austalia. It is time my grandchildren started to know and love him as we do . I ,and my children grew up on him and it is time they did too.

  5. Can’t believe I discovered this tour standing at a bus stop in Birmingham looking at a giant poster of Don McLean! A real stroke of luck ..I can’t wait to see him again after all these years!!

  6. hello i was fortunate enough to have parents who taught me as a child to appreciate the beauty of don mcleans music. to say thankyou to my parents i took them to see him in coventry (1981 i think) we were so lucky to meet up with him after the show (which was awesome) we are sooo looking forward to seeing him again in sheffield good luck don for your forthcoming tour love and hugs fiona and her mum and dadxx

  7. Hello,

Any chance Don will do a tour in The Netherlands or Belgium? Would love to see (hear) him live!!! Fantastic music! Good luck with tour in UK and Ireland!

  8. Just booked my hotel in Dublin for the 20th Oct. Cant wait to see Don again after the last time in the Olympia 2 years ago. It was magical

  9. why not Brasil? We all love you there, your music is loved all over the world.
I have worked as an interpreter for diplomats, and lived in the uk for 22 years, but would be honoured to look after you in Brasil!

  10. Dons Cardiff concert was fantastic. His voice is like a bell, beautiful. Thanks Don for meeting us all and signing cds after the show. It would have been extra nice to have seen the band there with you… greedy I know but I like them too!

  11. I would love him to come to Holland, it is so frustrating he’s only playing in the UK, so close, yet so far away.
I just saw his ’79 video of “and I love you so”.. His voice is truly legendary, gets me every time.

  12. 62 REALLY CAUGHT UP TO US. CONGRATES ON THE SONG WRITER AWARD. YOU BELONG IN THAT COMPANY. HOPEFULLY WILL SEE YOU SOON SOMEWHERE IN N.Y.
