Don to headline major UK festival

Don McLean is the headline act at the Trowbridge Festival in Wiltshire, England on Sunday July 27th 2008.

The 35th Trowbridge Village Pump Festival takes place at Stowford Manor Farm in Wiltshire, one of the most picturesque settings in the country for an event of this type.

The festival features internationally known acts from the world of Folk/Roots music.

All events take place in marquees and the compact site includes three separate stages plus children’s tent, three beer tents and a myriad of trade stalls selling food and items from all over the world. This year there will be a General Store and ATM cash machine. Free camping and free car parking are all on site close at hand.

Trowbridge has a reputation as one of the best organised festivals in the country, with a unique atmosphere which is very special, drawing people back year after year.

  1. It was announced before that Japan was one of the concert places for Don’s world tour early this year however, it did not push through. Are there plans for a concert in Tokyo?

  2. We are sorry – the original post should have read “Taiwan” not “Hong Kong”. There are currently no dates planned for Hong Kong at this stage.

  3. This is good news. I miss all the past action and hope to have a chance to be involved again if he visit Hong Kong. Do we have the dates for planning?
